Failing to keep promises and poor disgusting services

I was recruited and promised me that after joining compact plus and paid two subscriptions of compact plus my package will be upgraded to Premium Package .

I call DSTV and now they are saying they are not involved to promotions and they keep on promising to escalate the matter to business section to lesson to the recorded conversation and to date nothing has happen . I tired calling. DSTV hide and sick pushing the blame to third party hence they are also benefiting to this matter .
