failing to debit and switching off dstv

My name is joshua tshepo Mononela 720****514086 is my I'd This people have just intended to play a fool out of me this month only they have switched off the box 3 times and when I call them on my cellphone calling them on landline they say it's their mistake remember I am paying less than R100 per month but this month I have bought R200 airtime so tht they can reconnect my box it's not my fault tht the money didn't go through but just when someboby thinks of provoking me he/she goes to my acc and shutt it off iam so ANGRY I hate them if there was apposition I would dump them today nd goes to the other company I don't like this people at all they are heartless they think for themselves they don't have mercy they are so cold hearted l hate them
