Failing entertainment electronic

We recently purchased a Dstv explora from Makro and had it installed by bling installation as part of the promotion offered by Makro. So they removed the old decoder to install the explora to have in sync with the xtra view system we've had working with no stress for years. The explora worked just fine for the 1st couple of weeks until it started interfering with the xtra view settings. Have had multiple installers to come and access the problem, and after several service charge fees the problem was resolved but the explora now is just a normal decoder with none of any of the exciting explora feature or qualities. Except for pause, rewind and play live TV, it's just a waste of money for failing entertainment electronic
