FAILED RECORDINGS - UNABLE TO DELETE
Can anybody please tell me how to delete my failed recordings?<br> <br> I have phoned in numerous times and nobody can tell me how to delete a failed recording or if they delete automatically or if the list just keeps getting fuller.<br> <br> Nobody really seems to know too much about the Explora functionality.<br> <br> From Linda

To delete any recording on your DStv Explora decoders please follow the steps below:
On your Explora remote press the red playlist button
o All recorded content will be displayed.
o Select the recording that you want to delete
o Press the OK button
o Scroll down to the delete option and press ok.
Please be advised that should a key appear on the selected recording you will have to first enter a pin code 1234 to unblock the recording.
There after follow the steps above.
