Faceless and cheats

my account has been debited incorrectly and no one from Multichoce has bothered to call me back or care to fix my problem despite the number of times I have raised and complained. I have dealt with many consultants(Italuia Mathebula, Tebogo Mosaka, Neliswa Khumalo, Kagiso just to name a few I can remember) and my account has been referred but I never get any response but at the end of the month multichoice send messages yet no seems care about the monies that are being deducted and not accounted for. In March this year Multichoice deducted R3407(Normal subscription +/-R1900), and refused to refund. I had to go to the bank and stop the payment and pay bank fees for doing such. In June the same thing happened in i was over charged by R800. I have since asked for a cash payment option but yet I have amounts being debited. Which the accounts team at Multichoice cannot trace more than 30 days later. The consultants want bank statements to be sent to them so that they can get details and credit or refund me, I have had to keep close tabs with Transunion to make sure I do not get caught up in ***** due to the incompetence of Multichoice. Team Leaders such as Anele Nqikwana and other do not take responsibility of what their team members do. The organisation is Faceless Multichoice never responds and never cares abouts its clients, furthermore I was called by people from Bytes to solve my solution, when asked why they are calling they wanted me to pay the subscription. Yet I have credit pending in my name that DSTV has no idea about. Internet is becoming faster I foresee this organisation loosing a lot of customers due to the incompetence and lack of systems that can hold people accountable
