Extremely unsatisfied Client

I have been under Debt Review for almost 3 years and am currently paying between R1100 to R1200 for premium. I app**** for the price lock of R899 and have been declined, this to me is ridiculous as I am currently paying R201 to R301 more than the price lock amount and have been paying without any issues even though I have been under debt review. Multi Choice is not very loyal to their loyal customers. I have been a loyal customer of Multi Choice and yet I don't get the same loyalty from Multi Choice. It is ridiculous to decline on paying less, I would understand if I was wanting a bigger and more expensive package. I can guarantee that there are plenty customers under debt review that have the price lock deal. Please look into this and give me feedback
