Extremely unsatisfied

I am extremely mad with the current service at DSTV, they just always letting me down. I was informed that I won a prize which was due to be delivered 30/06/2024. Time passed after I had signed and sent back the prize acceptance form and I reached out just before the 30th again as I had not received my prize or feedback. The date which was confirmed passed Nd I reached out and I was told to expect the price on the 12/07 that day has passed Nd I reached out again and am still awaiting a response. I'm not even sure now if the prize thing is real or if I'm being played. I'm tired of always asking for feedback and being given excuses. Once again DSTV has shown that they are not reputable in any shape or form.
