Extremely unprofessional Call Centre experience!!!!
Nelisiwe!! Nelisiwe!! First makes me hold on for thirty minutes to answer me on something I told her in the beginning. Then she mutes the call! Please listen to the 50 minute call. Extremely unprofessional.
