EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CLIENT!!!!!!

I have been a client with dstv for the longest time, they recently added this insurance for me on my package which is like R25 or something, I have never been interested in that stupiud thing but i always enured that i make payment before month end to avoid reconnection fee. i am a financial advisor at momentum so iopted to pay last day of the month as i get paid last day of the momth , PLEASE TELL ME WHY THE AGENT BY THE NAME OF SOMELEZE ON DSTV LIVE CHAT ADVISED THAT I HAVE A RECONNECTION FEE BECAUSE I PAID ON 31 INSTEAD OF THE 30 he basically said because its still the same month but on the 31 and not the , you then are charged a recpnnection fee. So i ask him okay how much, he says 200 i ask him why, he says its reconnection fee for the other month, so my question is WHY DID I HAVE ACCESS TO MY DSTV ON THE OTHER MONTHS IF I HAD BEEN OWING RECONNECTION FEE, DOES IT MAKE SENSE????? i need you guys to reactivate my package. your reconnection fee prices are ridicululous, even the recently increased packagae price is ridiculos on its own, THATS WHY I MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS PAY DSTV BEFORE THE MONTH ENDS TO AVOID THE RECONNECTION FEE. i need yall to sort this out, because i will be posting this review everyday untill my things are sorted . customer number ***5 ID Number *** Celphone number *** email address : *** PLEASE SORT THIS OUT BEFORE I WRITE MY SECOND REVIEW, YOU GUYS TAKE PEOPLES MONEY LIGHTLY, IMAGINE SOMETHING THATS RECENTLY INCREASED TO (R49) SO I CAN WATCH FAST AND FURIOUS 2000 TIMES TO BE ADDED ANOTHER 200 BECAUSE I PAID ON 31 AND NOT 30???????????????ON THE SAME MONTH??????????????????
