EXTREMELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided after a long time to activate the debit order facility on my account. Worst mistake ever cause since doing so until now, my account has been disconnected 3 times. Then today upon enquiring about this, I was spoken to in such a rude manner by a consultant called Manini Mthombeni, who made me feel like DSTV actually does not value us as clients at all. She was rude, arrogant, kept interrupting me whilst I was stalking and had no care in even listening to my concern. Her attitude was beyond rude. Now i sat on the phone for so ling and still my issue is not resolved. i am so tempted to just discontinue my services.
