Extremely Terrible Service!!!!!!

I have been with Multichoice for years now, and last year I decided to sign up for "Price Lock", biggest mistake of my life. Every single month, they debit my account, but my service gets disconnected. Just this month, they double debited my account, when I called in, I was told that " the Price Lock department will give you a call". My service is still disconnected, and I'm still waiting for a "call back".
