Extremely poor service from dstv

As one many other frustrated customers already said dstv is a joke been waiting for my day data to be loaded since the 1st keep on phoning everyday only to be told they"ll do a follow up,this is unacceptable for a big company,today was my 6th time i phoned,but when you don't pay your subscription they're quick to suspend your services.
