Extremely poor service

I paid my dstv on the 21st of January 2021, I was told the payment does not reflect. A proof of payment was sent but dstv still say the payment does not reflect. Everytime when I make a follow up I get different stories from consultants. It's now a month later and I'm still trying to get the payment allocated however they keep sending me from pillar to post
