Extremely poor service

had a problem with y decoder and tried calling MultiChoice, the agent that assisted me was taking to someone in the background about her man, while I was holding, not much was done to resolve my issue. I then went to MultiChoice, Gardner Street, Durban. I waited for almost 2 hours outside on a hot day. Pathetic service
