EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

My emails date 3 & 11 September 2019 refers.

I've made 3 request for a settlement letter!

Dstv mailed and said they will respond to me within 24 hours, it is now 13 Days later and still no response from them received!

I really do think this is extremely pathetic and Bad service! I consider to cancel my Dstv because of such!
