EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I was called by DSTV Price lock to upgrade my explorer at a fee of R49 per month as of 2nd June 2020 for 24 months which sounded like a good deal.

After receiving my decoder, which I have not installed yet. My pvr functions were stopped due to account being in arrears, after looking at the this I realized that the entire bill for the Explorer was added to my account and due immediately in order to have my services back.

I went on to the DSTV chat where no assistance was given, I then called multichoice where an agent told me that she cant get me to PRICE LOCK department who put this on my account therefore could not assist.

I am extremely disappointed YET AGAIN BY MULTI CHOICE AND POOR SERVICE.
