Extremely poor service

I dealt with multichoice call center for the whole 2 years trying to resolve one issue of irregular billing. They would say it is sorted only the experience the same problem the following month. The service that I get is really not worth what I am paying. I am really disappointed. If I had a choice I would opt for a better service provider
