Extremely poor service

I rented a movie on Monday, It didn't play,I called DSTV ,I was assisted by the lady called Mbalenhle she told me that a cased has being logged and she will call me to give the feedback until today no feedback from her or anyone from DSTV, I then called Dstv today I spoke to some lady and she informed me that she still querying with her manager, I kept holding for 20 minutes and 45 seconds until I decided to hung up due to the airtime.DSTV Services is so bad and this is not the first I've experienced this. The movie was on 50% i made two mobile payments, this is the rental code ***03 1172 37
