Extremely Poor Service
Multichoice has the worst service ever, even when we expose them on this platform, nothing happens, they would just respond on the app and than they just don't do the actual work to try and resolve the problem that was brought upon them.
I've been fighting and calling for my refund, that happened on the 1st of February and even today. It's almost June, they haven't refunded me. It's always different stories and nothing that even proves that they might even help me out regarding that issue. I don't understand why it has taken them this long to refund me my money. Their poor service is exhausting, because their consultants would call and lie too about resolving the problem. I want my refund
