Dstv honestly, we are people who work hard for you to tell me that I owe 900 for a access subscription. I can honestly not believe that we are being ****** from you like this! I requested that my account be downgraded in January 2025. End of Feb it never took place so I went n the website and fought with the agents who by the way hve no respect while doing their job. They tell you straight if you ask why things you requested didnt happen they tell you" I already answered all that. Read the stuff again" (Iviwe Kamteni). Honestly I have never been treated as bad anywhere else like I have been at DSTV. Every month back and forth fighting for me to have my father who is over the age of 65 just watch DSTV. I have been paying the full compact price but we dont get the compact. Your service needs to change honestly this is unacceptable.
