Extremely Poor Service

"I contacted your call centre on 18 Nov with regards to taking up the "price lock". I was put on hold for up to 15 minutes. Eventually put the phone down." I logged the above on Hello Peter, got the usual callback expressing apologies. However, i have not been assisted in getting the price lock pricing.
