EXTREMELY POOR AND RIDICULOUS SERVICE

i dont know how long ago I wrote a review about the extremely poor service of the dstv now app I am still struggling with the same issue where as I have the full boquet but the app only allows me to use certain channels and like a few things on catch up ( about 5 or 6 shows in total ) I have used the live chat feature multiple times and I keep on getting the same response the issue will be resolved withing 24-48 hours and till date I have not received any feedback all I get told is "there is an issue linking your account to the app ..your issue has been escalated..." And I dont get how does it take about 4 months just to link my account as I've been using the live chat feature since December looking for assistance and I'm tired of this ridiculously poor service PLEASE HELP IM TIRED OF USING THE LIVE CHAT FEATURE AND NEVER EVER GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED I MEAN 4 MONTHS!!!!!!!
