Extremely poor

My name is Guster Molomo. I reside at 204 Nederveen Highway. Roodekop. Germiston. 1401 Gauteng in South Africa. I app**** for the new DSTV decoda explora, it was approved. My Multichoice customer number is ***5, and the reference for the installation is EFFV7Q. The installer was supposed to come at my house today at 9h00, he didn't, no apology, nothing, I don't know what is happening. I tried to call Multichoice to follow up on my behalf to find out who is supposed to install and why he is not communicating to me as he didn't come. Multichoice told me they wouldn't be able to assist me, I should track the installers on my phone. I told them I am struggling to track the installers, they told me they can't track installers. I can't watch TV, I don't know what is happening in my country right now. I am really disappointed. Multichoice service delivery is very poor. Peter please kindly help me to track installers so that they can come and install.
