Extremely poo DSTV service

I phoned on Wednesday and since then everybody is in meetings and the system is always off line. The only thing I wanted to do was change my account package and I have wasted more time and money than what the compact package costs. My question is as follow, is multi choice a place where they choose who to help and how to help or they just don’t care.
