Extremely Dissatisfied Customer

On the 28/08/2015 I called up to downgrade my services to the R39.00. I went directly into Pick 'N Pay and made the payment of R59.00 which includes my insurance. My services were then suspended on 14/08/2015. My waife made contact with Multichoice and she was advised that there was no call. She was placed on hold 13 minutes into the call she was placed on hold. 27 minutes into the call the advisor came back and advised it was a fault on there end and the account will be reconnected. No empathy shown or thanking for holding or even apologising for holding more than 10 minutes. This was the 2nd time we have had this done to us. First time we simply brushed the issue off and paid reconnection charges as we received no call back from a manager which was requested. This time my wife also requested to speak to a manager and no manager returned. Although the services were reconnected the service was disgusting and putrid . To think that we trust multichoice to do the right thing but when dealt with nothing gets completed. The advisors that assist us speak to us as though we have no understanding. The service of our DSTV supplier was not one I want to experience again going forward.
