My DSTV single view HD decoder has just gone out of it's 1 year warranty (it is now 1 Year and 2 months old and I have the receipt as proof), and the HDMI output decides to stop working. I called through the service desk only to be told that I need to send it in for repairs, and I need to pay R350 for them to inspect it. The decoder was purchased brand new for R399!! How is this possible? I am really dissappointed !
