EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED BY DSTV THEY ARE ****MERS

I'm sick and tired with dstv my bill is currently high when i called this morning i spoke with Sipho he couldn't resolve my issue when i ask to speak with his team leader he hanged the phone they cant even explain why subscription went high i'm being overcharged i'm paying for decoder insurance that was upgraded to explora ultra dstv is full of **** with their consultants every month i need to call in order to fix my subscription i'm sick and tired with their services

I'm still not happy about the service of dstv i received a call yesterday from dstv consultant calling on behalf of hello peter i told her im in town i cant talk can she please call me after 10 minutes she never called my dstv rooter is not activated since it was delivered january im billed for something im not using this is so pathetic even when i call today i'm told stories. DOWN WITH DSTV THEY ARE ****MERS
