Extremely disgusting service
The worst ever company to try doing business with. Our account (in My partner's name) is fully paid and including data (400 Gigs) was supposed to be loaded on the 1st of April 2024 We have phoned (numerous times), sent WhatsApp messages (numerous) and emails (numerous). Every time a new reference number is given and a promise is made that the data will be loaded within 24 to 48 hours. When we complain all answer we get is that it will be escalated but we never heard anything from them. But still no data Do not enter into any data contracts with DStv as it is the worst ever company to do business with/enter into a contract. You WILL be sorry
