Extremely disappointed Dstv client - Just wanted to cancel account

I called Dstv multichoice to cancel my existing account and was taken from pillar to post without any assistance. The customer care agents doesn't have email or contact information of cancelations department or unwillingly don't provide details of such information. It took me almost an hour to contact cancelation department and still the effort was fruitless. I am of the opinion that Dstv is using this brutally technique of keeping clients on the line for hours to discourage them from canceling existing accounts.
