Extremely disappointed

As a dstv customer for 11 years whom has never failed to pay an account im very much disappointed at how i was treated. Yesterday both my accounts were switched off because of a consultants inability to perform his or her duty correctly. Now im told to pay R300 to open my accounts for something that was not my fault
