Extremely Bad service from Dstv Customer service.
Extremely bad service from Dstv customer care . My Dstv Stream was blocked by Dstv. On the 12 July 2025 i contacted Dstv to resolve the problem. Dtv asked me to send them my ID copy ( Ref ***) Then i had to send a email to help@dstv .com asking them to unblock my Dstv Stream ( Ref ***8i304) i was told it would take 72 H to rectify. More than a week later nothing has been done to my problem. Now DSTV are wondering why they are loosing Customers? I am very disappointed in the non existing service from Customer service
