Extremely bad service!

I've complained about DSTV Now constantly stopping with an error that I have reached my streaming limit. I am only streaming on ONE device. I've been told since 18 Feb that the technical team is working on this problem. Nothing gets done. No feedback is given. This is not acceptable!
