Extremely bad customer service for Refund

<p>was due for a refund from DSTV, called them on the 30 May and since then made several other calls.</p> <p>total waste of time, each time I called had to relate the same story to the consultant only heard its been escalated but nothing was done.</p> <p>either the consultants are not fully trained or ?????????</p> <p>total waste of air time only without any help</p>
