EXTREMELY BAD BAD SERVICE

Hi DStv...You are the most poorest service provider i have ever met. Even in the era of technology YOU STILL **** people and provide them with no service. I have paid for the service i am not receiving. I mean you call centre is the most *********** in the world. You should learn from the small call centre companies they do better at assisting the customers. Maybe its time you have a competition so you know how painful it is to lose that one customer. I wish people never ever take up your service. I call your call centre 10 times and you still cannot assist. this is absolute *******. I NEED MY SERVICES UP AND RUNNING...I SPOKE TO Nhlanhla Shelempe, a poor guy tried to help and he is absolutely clueless. I dont want talk about Vayile she is very ***********. She knows nothing about customer experience.
