Extremely Angry

So we have On Air calling us and claiming that we owe them an outstanding balance!! When we swoped our old black PVR decoder we were told we swoping decoders for this new "c..." that we sitting with not pay On Air for anything. So what new nonsense is this that we owe On Air R200.and odd Rands when we are already paying almost R1000.00 per month to Dstv. Also On Air should teach their consultants to speak to people in a proper manner. The girl/child that just called me was Ill-mannered and disrespectful.
