Extreme, poor service delivery and empty promises from DSTV Multi Choice.

Since the 28th, we are struggling,sorting out our DSTV problem. It is so frustrating. On Friday the DSTV Technician didn't pitch for installation of the dish and decoder. That were the 31st of October 2025. Today the 4th of November 2025, still no solution. Spent hours phoning them. They promised to allocate an installer. Promised to phone back in a couple of minutes. All empty promises. This is the worst service and the most terrible struggle with communication and problem solving ever.
