Extreme bad service from dstv/multichoice

So so disappointed in this service ( non provider) So here go- on 4 April 2025 @8h35 i called in to cancel exra view...NOT DONE on 5th April 2025 @ 9h32 & 9h38 I called to downgrade p from premium to compact plus...Not done and full amount debited from my account on 5t May Please pass credit or i WILLcancel full subscription Spoke to Muanl on 3 May and she would have investigated and revert same day? NOTHING PATHETIC
