Extreamely unhappy

My dstv has been suspended, and I have paid on the due date, and have emailed pop, but still not connected. When you phone the call center you get no assistants. The service is shocking, no wonder so many thousands of people has cancelled their dstv subscriptions. The call centre agent I have spoken to is not helpful and does not even try to assist.........................................
