Extra view not working for days paying for nothing here!!!

Poor service we moved to a new place and had our DSTV installed ever since then we have been having endless isssues with our extra view. DSTV is blaming the installer and the installer is blaming DSTV but the problem is still not sorted after calling in more then 6 times now and spending quite some time with the call center agents on the line troubleshooting only to make the issue worst!.The installer was even here with them on the line, first it was our second explorer not working then they got the second explorer working but the HD decoder stopped working now after the recent call to the call center both the extra view decoders are not working!!!
