Extra money that I have to pay for nothing

I paid R130 on the 14th of january 2022 to view the dstv access package. When I checked my dstv balance on the 31st it was now 411 due on the 31st Today (8th January 2022) my decoder was disconnected and I am told to pay R461 When I enquired with an agent at multichoice I was told that R50 is for reconnection fees that I understand But I don't understand how I went from R111 the package that I normally view to R411 The agent is not explaining to me well and I am not taking this lightly because I don't feel entitled to pay extra money that I don't know where it's from
