Extra money debit, 3rd decoder recently activated without my concern. Old decoder still running on a price that were supposed to be cancelled on the installation of a price lock. I app**** for price lock online and no one ever advised me to call in and stop previous service.

Complained a week ago via both email and Hellopeter and no one assisting. When I subscribed for price lock I was not advised to call and cancel the previous services since I said my previous decoder will be used for extra view. Right now I called and spoke to the lady who asked me to hold and after 20 mins I was automatically transferred to the next consultant.

Pathetic. Who do I escalate to?
