Extra installed 4 days ago still not working

On 13 April I had an extra view decoder installed at home having my own extra decoder.it is now Thursday and everytime there is load shedding and the power goes back on my secondary decoder has no signal.....the installers (Colorado TV repairs) who advertise that they are DSTV approved,has been here twice,turns a few wires and then leaves. Same thing happened tonight after they were here again today. Call the cell number in the add and speak to Salie. He says the heartbeat cable needs to be changed but can only be dine tomorrow. I demand a refund as I am paying for something I cannot use.he says the don't do refunds.as they have been doing this for years and know what they are doing,yet my extra view is not working. I ask who is going to refund my subscription for the last 5 days as I am paying for a service that I cannot use? His answer? Not us....worst service I have ever received....these people are dragging your name through the mud...I DEMAND FOR THEM TO EITHER FIX THE PROBLEM OR REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY.
