Extra charging and expecting payment.

If I could give a zero star, I would. The worst service ever.

I was charged for Premium for 2 months while my package is compact, monthly subscriptions for compact were made for those 2 months, and then they block my viewing. I have called their contact center 4 times in the past 7 days with every call not less than 20 minutes. I've spent more money on airtime calling this *********** excuse of a business than I care to count. It's the same thing every time I call, they apologize, turn it back on and 2 days later it's the same issue. Now I understand why so many people are cancelling their subscriptions. with this type of service, I am also out. Making empty promises all the time, what worst are these promises are from team leaders. I am super disappointed.
