Extra charges on my account

Multichoice doesn't know hard times, we downgrade because we can't afford it, I downloaded to DSTV access for R129 and insurance for R35 that should be R164.00 ONLY nope DSTV says it's R219.45... The the maths not adding up guys. I canceled the PVR FUNCTION LAST MONTH but you are still billing me for it but it's not working. I'm very irritated I called this morning and spoke to Yoliswa Milaki who promised to get it remove but NOPE it's still there guys let's cancel this nonsense please I'm not interested anymore. We can't afford it so you can't force it, we choose the options we can afford.
