Extra charges for DStv stupidity.

I was told to pay R219 as DStv did a discount. Then I later on in the month get an sms to say I must pay R219 asap. So upon phoning and quarying about it. I was told that I did a reversal. Upon viewing my statements nothing about DStv is reflecting and I contacted 4 times and was told the same thing. Now I need to pay for reconnection for something I quaried about quiet early
