Extra charges
I am so angry, disappointed I don't know what to say. I did not pay for the month of January and according to my understanding I cannot pay for something that I did not use. Yesterday 01/02/2023 I was assisted by Ayanda she told me to pay R429 for the new month February,which I did.
Today to my surprise i am getting new figures from Samkelo the Agent I must pay extra amounts for connections which I don't even know and I don't understand how.
Multi choice it is really bad, bad I am out of words. I am so ****ed off you get people who don't know their work.
