extra charges
<p>Client no ********** 2</p> <p>We have an account with you and last month and this months there were additional charges on my account which I'm not happy about it. I ended up R 400 and some which I don't understand I need to know why do you charge interest if account is not paid in time and paid 5 days later but when account is in credit or advance doesn't accummulated interest.</p> <p>You robbing people but such conduct.</p> <p>I requested that I pay my account on the 25 of each month I wont tolarate any addidtional charges on this account. </p>

As discussed, see the below breakdown of the amount that was due this month R470.83 after changing the payment date to the 25th :
*Prorata from the 20th to 24th May R60.83
*Reconnection fee R50
*DStv Subscription from 25th May to 24th June R365
Next payment will be due on the 25th June of R365.
Furthermore, we have sent an email to *** for your perusal.
