I am beyond annoyed by multichoice I'm even thinking of taking this further. They have yet again suspended my account cause they expect me to R2013 which makes no sense. I have been in contact with their call center on numerous occasions and nobody can give me a straight answer as to why my bill is so high. All they say is they will investigate and have the accounts contact me but no one ever does.
