******ion
Hi DSTV

I get your stance on this issue, but i still state that DSTV put me in forced credit because i didn't sign a credit agreement which is ******* in South Africa.

Also i bought my Decoder CASH, why should I not be allowed to sale it to someone else, so they can use it irregardless of my DSTV account state ? this as well i think is *******.

I know DSTV is now bigger than the customer and if the DSTV software to accurately activate and deactivate prepaid customers based on whether they paid or not is not working properly DSTV just push that responsibility to the customer in the shape of \updated terms and conditions"then FORCE customers to pay which is ************ business practice that can even be equated to ******ion.

I am not going to pay the R701 as a matter of principal even if it renders my decoder useless. So its up to you if you want to lose my premium subscription or you reset my account and i can resume my subscription. """
We do apologies for the inconvenience you experienced in this regard .DStv service is a month-to-month contract - when you pay your subscription, the contract for that month is fixed.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to inform MultiChoice that they will not be using the service for the upcoming month.
Should this not be done the subscriber will be held responsible for any additional amount accumulated on your account.
We've now implemented a tool to schedule your upgrades, downgrades or suspension of services .You may phone us or use self-service at any time to request the change, which we will implement on your next payment date.
Thank you for taking the time to point out our service failings. As we continually strive to improve our service, feedback such as yours is extremely valuable.
Your support, and that of all our customers, is important to us
Regards
Rupert
