Exsessive debit orders Gross Incompetence

on 1 Janaury 2017 I downgraded my DSTV premium packing to the smallest package that DSTV offers as i am currently worikng out of the country for the next year and will be returning throughout the year to south africa for short periods of time.

The consultant ensured me that my Janaury Debit order will be for the new amount of the small package that i downgraded to. This was not the case and the full amount for the premium package was debited from my account. when i called DSTV to query this, the consultant ensured me that there was a mistake on there side and that the amount will be reimbersed to me within 10 days.

this is not the case and i have yet be be reimbersed for this amount.

aswell, on my debit order for the 2nd of February 2017 an amount of over R2000.00 was debited from my account which is aslo incorrect!!

I have now been forced to call from Tanzania to the DSTV help line and report this at a huge expense to myself and the consultant cannot seem to give me an expalnation of why this happened or even when or how they will reimberse me both amounts. the consultants have still not been incontact with me on this matter and i am highly dissapointed in the gross incompetence of the service i am recieving!!!!

this is very poor and a huge waste of my time and money!!!

DSTV please explain......

John Cleverdon
